     Friendship Village School Community Club/PTO

Executive Board: President Hope Wotton, Treasurer Charity Hayes, Secretary Kathy Macleod

Mission Statement: to provide support to both the children and the teachers of FVS through special programs organized and carried out by parents and residents of Friendship. This is done by raising money, and fostering community and school relations.

Friendship Community Club Calendars: This fundraiser provides the club with Scholarship Funds for Friendship seniors going to college. This project is organized and maintained by Lorraine Lash, Mary Genthner and Susan Bramhall. Scholarships range from $100-$500. The calendar begins with the month of April and includes birthdays, anniversaries, community meetings and events. Order forms are on the back of the October page of this year’s calendars and are available in the FVS office.

Fall Craft Fair- This annual fair usually takes place in November or early December. Tables may be reserved, by contacting the Friendship Village Community Club.

Spirit Week-The Community Club brightens the month of April with Spirit Week! Daily color themes liven up the school finishing off with a dance on Friday night!

Friendship Day-Look for Community Club/PTO activities!

Fund Raising: The Community Club supports students and teachers through many fundraising activities.
  1. The Spring Fundraiser this year will be Yankee Candles
  2. Box Tops for Education stamps can be found on General Mills food products. Cut them out and send them in with your child
  3. Funding Factory: send in your empty inkjet cartridges, laser cartridges and old cell phones. We earn money for our Student Activity Fund by recycling these products
